Terms and conditions

These general terms and conditions of the Natural Walk online store are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, Personal Data Protection Act, and Electronic Communications Act.

The Natural Walk online store is managed by the company TRICO d.o.o., Sebenje 4, 4294 Križe, VAT number: 37106163, which is the provider of e-business services as well (hereinafter also referred to as the vendor or Natural Walk).

The general terms and conditions define the business services of the Natural Walk online store, the rights and obligations of users and the store, and the business relationship between Natural Walk and a customer. A customer is bound by the general terms and conditions valid at the time of a purchase (order confirmation). At order confirmation, users are always warned of the terms and conditions, and confirm with the order confirmation they have been acquainted with the terms and conditions.

In line with statutory norms, we do not acknowledge any provider of the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes as authorised for the resolution of a consumer dispute a consumer can initiate in accordance with the Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes Act. Trico d.o.o., which allows an online store in the Republic of Slovenia as a goods and service provider, provides an electronic link to the online dispute resolution (ODR) platform on its website. The platform is available HERE.

Payment Methods

All prices include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Prices are valid at the time of order confirmation with no prior validity.

Estimated Delivery Dates

– In Slovenia, the next working day after the item is shipped in most cases, but no later than within 3 business days. When we ship your package we will send you a shipping confirmation.

– Due to the special manufacturing of the Natural Walk trekking poles, the estimated shipping date is 5 working days without additional inscriptions on the strap and/or the pole, and 12 working days in the case of a unique product with inscriptions.

– In Europe, standard delivery dates to neighbouring countries are from 24 to 48 hours, and to nearly all farther countries from 72 to 120 hours.


Trico d.o.o. guarantees the product quality with importer’s and manufacturer’s warranties. A product is covered under a warranty if so stated on a warranty card. Warranty is valid under the conditions described in a warranty card and with the original invoice. Warranty periods are defined in warranty cards and invoices.

In the case of a faulty product due to improper use, negligence, mechanical damage, and faults in cases of force majeure the product is not covered by a warranty. Additionally, a warranty cannot be claimed if it is visible a product has been tampered with by third-party, unauthorised persons, in the case of improper handling and negligence.

In the case of distance contracts, natural persons have a statutory right according to the Consumer Protection Act to inform the vendor on the email address info@naturalwalk.co of withdrawing from the contract in the period of 14 calendar days from receiving a product without having to state the reason for this decision. A product returned to the address of Trico d.o.o. within the period of the contract withdrawal is considered a notification of withdrawal from a contract. If a natural person withdraws from a contract with an email to info@naturalwalk.co the natural person has to return the product within 30 days from the notification of withdrawal email to our address. Received products must be returned intact and in the same amount; unless the products are damaged, defective, lost, or their quantity decreased without the fault of the costumer.

If you start using a product and then change your mind you lose the right to withdraw from a contract. In general, the products you wish to return should be unused, intact and in original packaging. Delivery costs are always covered by a sender unless agreed otherwise in advance.

Shipments with cash-on-delivery are not accepted.
